Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Cost Estimate: $Composite $200-500
Hi, we can help restore your tooth with whatever treatment is necessary. Replacing composite is usually cost effective but seeing you first would need to be done in order to quote you an exact fee. The range would be $200-500 depending on how large an area was broken. Hope we can help. Please phone for an appointment at (310) 316-4477.Dr Fulbright

Cost Estimate: $150-250
Hard to give an estimate without seeing it but it sounds like a one or two surface anterior filling which should run between $150-250 dollars. If you have insurance they will cover a portion of it. Sometimes %80 will be covered by insurance. Just because it is small doesnt mean too much in dentistry..We have to match the shade perfectly and that can be a tough job in that area. Plus bonding in that area doesnt really last that long because patients bite into things all the time and then it chips.Dr Thomas

Cost Estimate: $160 to310
Hi there. Sounds simple, but it may not be. The deal is, some times our back teeth are in such position that interfere with the front ones...or it could be that, just like a patient I saw about 30 minutes ago, you bit on something hard or tried opening a bag with your teeth. Once bonded, keep in mind that it is a weak link and you should be careful by not using your teeth for anything other than eating. If you have insurance, they should cover a good portion of your bonding. The price can be anywhere from $ 160 to $ 310. Hope this helps. Give us a call any time. (310) 643 6004Dr. Ana Niehoff
