Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

As you know complex treatments need careful planing, and you also need to be aware of all your options before you start your treatment. You will need CT scan before your treatment plan can be completely designed. Mini implants are good alternatives and they do cost less.Call my office for a consultation appointment (818) 285 0528. You can speak with Lyndi when you call. Our team will be happy to go over different techniques and costs.

Dear Patient,As you probably know, long term usage of dentures results in loss of bone thickness and therefore flatter ridges and resultant poor retention. This is crippling for many. The options are few, but they can be fantastic. The easiest and least expensive (not necessarily the best) is to refit your dentures. Refitting is not a quick impression and send to lab, but a custom refitting with softer liners over several visits so that the mouth establishes maximum contact and retention. Then we send them to the lab.For the last 25 years or so, implants have been a panacea for denture patients. This ranges from putting in a couple of implants to four to six. I am sure you know of this and have even entertained the idea. If you can afford such work, and your ridges are adequate, I would run not walk, to the nearest health care provider you trust for treatement. By the way, the reason implants are so important to you, if you value keeping your bone, is that they will help do so by minimizing the loss of this bone. You can also get a couple of mini implants, not as good as regular, but helpful, and spend less. Lastly, I want you to know that your dentures should be constructed out of high quality materials and teeth and support your face adequately in all ways so that they function well and look excellent.Should the above interest you in speaking more to me, please email me personally and we can talk even on the phone. You can also call my office.
